WHO WE ARE

FIERCE Training Everywhere is a wellness company made up of a team of 6 certified coaches.  We offer 1:1 personal training programs (travel & virtual), small group training, 1:1 remote coaching, 1:1 run coaching/programs, 1:1 nutrition coaching, 1:1 prenatal & postpartum coaching/programs & online yoga classes. We are based out of Oahu but have clients throughout the USA (currently in 15 states).

THE FIERCE MISSION

Life gets busy. We make excuses & skip our workouts. Before you know it you realize you haven't worked out in an entire month. Now you feel guilty for skipping a whole month and say you'll start next week when you have more "time". NO. The time is right now. The time is during your lunch break when you have 20 minutes to hit a quick workout. The time is before work--before you check your email & develop a to-do list for the day. This is your time. This is your life.

Let me do the hard part of programming your workouts. Let me figure out ways to utilize objects around your house as exercise equipment. Let me travel to you with my own equipment if you don't have much of a "home gym".  Jump on your laptop & let me coach you through a workout session right from the comfort of wherever you are. Let's meet in a park, have some fitness fun and breathe in the fresh air. You have a lot of options and I am here to make this as convenient as possible--for YOU. Let me be your accountability partner.

"I have been training with Jill for over 4 years now. I have a lifetime goal to accomplish a number of long-distance thru-hikes around the world. Jill's experience in both training people so that they can achieve their personal goals as well as her own hiking experience means that my sessions are tailor made for what I want to do. She has also been very astute to the limitations that I bring to the sessions (i.e., old sports injuries and a knee replacement) and has been instrumental in helping me develop better flexibility and strength in those joints. All in all this has been both time and money well spent.

"I can say working with Jill is awesome! She is always accommodating to your individual needs. I am in a group with other girls but always feel the workout is tailored to me. She modifies the workouts in a snap if you have a need arise. 

Jill has the perfect balance between pushing &  encouraging you throughout the workout.  I am always left with a sense of accomplishment after finishing. I am stronger physically and mentally from our weekly workouts.

"Jill is always ready to work. She meets me where I am at then pushes and encourages me to go further. Working with Jill has increased my self confidence. I have come so far working with her. My balance, strength, and endurance have improved so much. My weight has gone down and my body is toned up. She is patient, fun and sensitive to my needs always.

"I have been working out with Jill since late June, and have experienced an amazing reclamation of both my physical and mental health. I had been a runner most of my adult life, so working out isn't new to me. However, I haven't been able to run, or do any kind of physical activity aside from Yoga, for the past 7 years due to progression of my auto-immune disease. The program Jill has created for me pushes me to get stronger while keeping me healthy. She is an excellent coach - modeling proper form with supportive, positive feedback and encouragement. "I started training with Jill about 9 months ago when my physical limitations prevented me from fully participating in group classes at our gym. Jill has been able to modify the exercises while keeping the workout very challenging and FUN! She also helped me develop a weight loss plan that really worked! She's always there to answer a question or give a word of encouragement! I can't wait to work out with her each week!

"I started working with Jill a couple years ago after finishing physical therapy for my shoulder, and was making good progress with strength and coordination when I had a motorcycle accident which left me with broken ribs and a minor cognitive brain disorder. 

Getting back to the gym with Jill has not only helped my physical strength, but has aided my mental recovery, and my memory retention. She encourages me to repeat verbally the exercise routines she has me doing, and the order they are to be done. I am gaining balance, strength, agility and coordination, which makes everyday life easier. Just being able to get up and down stairs, and chairs, carry things without tripping, sounds simple, but means a lot to me. 

Jill is a patient trainer who does not give in to my weaknesses; she pushes me mentally and physically with her own strength and understanding. She knows when I really cannot do something, or if a bit of encouragement will get a few more repetitions out of me! 

I am so grateful for the time spent with her, and look forward to her sense of humor, the love she shows for her clients, and her dedication. She develops a course of exercise tailored for each individual that she works with. With Jill you do not get a set pattern of exercises, doing the same thing each week with a heavier weight, it is always something different, which keeps the sessions interesting. You never know what you will be doing each time you meet!
