Tier 2

  • 30-min check-ins weekly

    • These check-ins can not be used to do 1 of your workouts. We use the time to address concerns/movements that need a form check or demo, etc.

  • 12-16 personalized workouts (3-4/week) based on your goals

  • Monthly measurements

Tier 3

  • 60-min check-ins weekly

    •  These check-ins can be used to do 1 of your workouts face to face. You would come to my garage gym, I would come to your home w/ equipment OR we would meet virtually. 

  • 12-16 personalized workouts (3-4/week) based on your goals

  • Monthly measurements

  • Contact us below for pricing

Custom

  • We will work together to figure out what is going to work best for you.

  • For example maybe 1x60-min check-in every 2 weeks & only 2 workouts/week. 

  • Price will be dependent on what WE establish as OUR best plan of attack.

"I have known Jill for many years and have always loved her style of training and I know I will get a good workout in EVERYTIME! Long story short, I moved from Virginia Beach to DC over 5 years ago and the gyms in DC were way more expensive, let alone trying to have a personal trainer on top of that. I decided to give Jill’s virtual training a try and haven’t looked back since. She knows how to push you to be your best and I love that she keeps changing it up and introduces you to new workouts every month! Even the app she uses to send the workouts in is very easy to use and I love that it will sync and upload all your workouts from your watch.  Definitely recommend if you want a good workout from home, live a busy lifestyle or have a long commute to work!
