"I have been somewhat of a gym rate my entire life when, eight years ago, I began to use jill as my PT'er. Our workouts are unique, always different, challenging and specially designed for me. As I have aged our workouts have changed to fit my evolving goals. She is a consummate professional I know I will never have a canned, programmed "workout of the day". She seems to possess a second sense as to what I truly need each workout and designs workouts that pinpoint that area. Once Covid hit we moved to virtual and I was uncertain what to expect. Let me tell you -- thought I don't have a gym-full of equipment my workouts are equally as challenging and coordinated to take advantage of my meager tools at hand. And I actually prefer virtual workouts that enhance concentration and focus without the typical distractions of a bustling gym. She can make astute fine-tuning adjustments to my technique and effort that translates into a seamless experience when compared to our in-person workouts. She is a treasure!

Even the days I wasn’t feeling it I logged on and had a positive trainer who got me through and made me so happy I did!
